1.Dark Chocolate :

Berries contains antioxidants that can improve not only communication between brain cell but also plasticity. Berries are also proved to boost learning and memory.
Coffee actually increases the brain’s capacity for processing information and also brain entropy (complex and variable brain activity) to process more information
4. Nuts and Seeds
Nuts and seeds and rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Rich sources of the antioxidant vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
Eggs are good source of vitamin B that may prevent brain shrinkage and delay cognitive decline.
The foods listed above may help improve a person’s memory and concentration by improving the structure of brain cells called neurons. Some may also reduce the risk of stroke and age-related neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
