b.) Bring along body lotion, lip balm and hand cream when going out to make sure that you can keep your skin moisturized at all times. Especially for people who do outdoor sports during these dry seasons, applying a thicker layer of moisturizer and sunscreen is a must.
c.) Focus more on skin hydrating during winter. Increase your type and frequency of skin care done during these dry seasons for. Applying a facial mask 3 times a week can be a good initiative to hydrate your skin. For those who have dry and sensitive skins, apply body lotion after shower, and a thick layer of lotion on your hand and feet to prevent drying of skin before sleep.
d.) Invest in an air humidifier. Air humidifiers are scientifically proven to give the greatest benefits on people who are naturally prone to dryness.
